MILK TOFFEE 
1/2 c. cashews
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sugar
Water equivalent to 1/2 condensed milk can
2 tbsp. butter

Break cashew into small pieces. Combine condensed milk, sugar and water. Cook on a slow fire, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens (enough to set). Remove from fire. Add butter, mix well and pour into a greased tray. Pat the mixture evenly and make squares. When cooled, cut into squares pieces. Makes 30 pieces.
