VEGETABLE PLENTY 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
2 c. (8 oz.) Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can creamed corn
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/3 c. onion, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, cut into wedges

Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and tomatoes, mix lightly. Layer half of the mix in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and cover with 1/2 tomatoes. Cover with the remaining vegetable mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes and remove from oven. Top with remaining tomatoes and cheese, return to oven and bake for 15 minutes.
