CARROT COLE SLAW 
1 med. head cabbage
1 green pepper
1 med. onion
2 carrots
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper (black)
1 tsp. oil
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. mayonnaise

Shred cabbage finely. Add finely sliced green pepper, onion, carrots, sugar, salt and black pepper. Combine the oil, vinegar and mayonnaise; add slowly to the first mixture; stir.
