ORIENTAL ZUCCHINI-CARROT SLAW 
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. sesame oil or corn oil
3 drops liquid red pepper seasoning
1 lg. zucchini (8 oz.), shredded
4 carrots (8 oz.), shredded

Combine vinegar, soy sauce, oil, sugar and pepper sauce. Pour over vegetables and toss together to coat well. Serves 4.
