SPROUT AND CARROT SLAW 
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. alfalfa sprouts
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/4 c. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/3 c. raisins
1 c. mayonnaise
1 hard cooked egg, cut into wedges (optional)

Combine first 7 ingredients in a salad bowl. Add enough mayonnaise to moisten and toss to mix. Garnish with egg wedges, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
