CRANBERRY CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. (1# can) whole cranberries
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. salad dressing
1 tbsp. orange rind, grated
1/3 c. orange juice

Stir flour, sugar, soda and salt in bowl. Reserve 1/3 cup cranberry sauce. Stir remaining cranberry sauce, nuts, salad dressing, rind and juice into dry ingredients and beat well. Bake in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees. Use toothpick to test for doneness. While cake is baking, mix up frosting.

FROSTING:

1/3 c. cranberry sauce
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
