CRAN-APPLE ORANGE CAKE 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. Quaker Oats (quick or reg.)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. finely chopped apples
3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks), melted
1 tbsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
1 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 tsp. orange juice

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Generously grease 12 cup bundt pan.

In large bowl combine first seven ingredients, mix well. Add milk, eggs, apples, butter and orange peel, mix until well blended. Fold in cranberries.

Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 15 minutes in pan. Remove to wire rack. Cool completely.

Combine remaining ingredients, mixing until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake. Garnish with additional cranberries and nuts, if desired. 12-16 servings.
