CRAN - APPLE ORANGE CAKE 
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. Quaker Oats (Quick or Old-Fashioned)
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. apple, finely chopped
3/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. orange peel, grated
1 1/2 c. cranberries, chopped
1 c. powdered sugar
4 1/2 tsp. orange juice

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Generously grease 12-cup Bundt pan. In large bowl, combine first seven ingredients; mix well. Add milk, eggs, apple, butter and orange peel. Mix until blended. Fold in cranberries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 55 to 60 minutes (until golden brown). Cool 15 minutes in pan; remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing until smooth. Drizzle over cooled cake. 12 to 15 servings.
