CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lbs. Ore Ida hash browns
1/4 lb. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. sour cream
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
Salt & pepper

Melt butter and stir in soup and sour cream. Mix together with potatoes, onions and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 9"x13" pan for 60 minutes.
