CHEESY HASH BROWNS | |
2 lbs. frozen hash browns (loose) 1/2 c. butter (use only 1/4 c. first) 1 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 10 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1 pt. sour cream Mix all together and put in a 9"x13" pan. Melt 1/4 cup butter and add 2 cups corn flakes crumbs, spread on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. |
