CHEESY HASH BROWNS | |
2 lbs. pkg. frozen hash browns, thawed 1 stick butter, melted 2 c. sour cream 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 c. crushed corn flakes 1/2 stick butter 1 c. chopped onions Mix and combine all ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Top with corn flakes mixed with 1/2 stick of melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. (May cut recipe in half if desired.) |
