CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper to taste
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. sour cream
2 c. broken cornflakes
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix all but the last 2 ingredients and put in a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine flakes and butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
