EASY CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
2 lb. bag southern style hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. sour cream

Put potatoes in a cake pan. Mix soups, onion and sour cream together and pour over potatoes. Stir once and bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
