CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. hash browns
1 bag onions
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream with chives
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Corn flakes

Thaw hash browns. Saute onions with butter. Combine all ingredients together and pour into a buttered 9x13 baking dish and top with crushed corn flakes. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
