CHEESY HASH BROWNS 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns

SAUCE:

1 can evaporated milk
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese

Put hash browns into 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Heat sauce ingredients until cheese melts. Pour over hash browns. Top with parsley flakes and paprika. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
