BASIC CREPE BATTER 
1 cup all purpose flour (250ml)
1/4 tsp. salt (1.5ml)
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
1/2 cup water (125ml)
2 tbsp. (30ml) butter, melted

Whisk together flour, salt, and eggs. Pour in remaining liquid in a thin stream, while continuing to whisk. Beat until smooth before adding other ingredients.

Makes about 16.
