EASY SWEET ROLLS 
2 c. sifted self-rising flour
1/4 c. shortening
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted or soft butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

CONFECTIONERS' ICING:

1 c. confectioners' sugar
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Cut shortening into flour. Add milk, stir until dough leaves sides. Turn into lightly floured board. Roll into rectangle about 1/4 inch thick. Brush with butter or spread with smooth butter.

Combine sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle over dough. Roll up like a jelly roll. Slice about 1/2 inch thick. Place in greased round cake pan and bake about 8 minutes. Drizzle with confectioners' icing.
