CHEESY HASH BROWN POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (save 1/2 cup)
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix all together. Put in casserole dish. Top with 2 cups crushed Corn Flakes and 1/2 cup of grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
