CHEESY POTATOES 
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped green onions
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top with 1 cup crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter, stirred together. Bake for 30 minutes.
