CHEESY POTATO SOUP 
2 c. potatoes, diced & peeled
1 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. milk
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1 tsp. parsley
1 c. canned tomatoes
Dash dill weed

Bring first 4 ingredients to boil in a large pot. Cover the pot, reduce the heat and simmer 15 minutes. In a saucepan, melt the butter and mix in the flour. Add the remaining spices and the milk. Cook while stirring until smooth and thickened. Add everything else and the potato mixture. Simmer for a few minutes.
