STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 loin chops
2 tsp. melted butter
1 1/2 tbsp. water
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 sm. onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. chopped seedless raisins

Have chops cut 2 inches thick with pockets. Combine bread crumbs, chopped onion and chopped celery, poultry seasoning, salt, and water. Mix well. Stuff dressing in pockets of chops and place in baking dish with 1/2 cup water, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees.
