STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
4 loin pork chops
1 sm. onion
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 tbsp. water
1/4 c. chopped seedless raisins
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. salt

Have chops cut 2" thick with pocket in each. Mince onion, brown in butter. Combine with crumbs, raisins, poultry seasoning, salt and water; mix well. Stuff chops; place in baking dish. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees for 2 hours. Serves 4.
