BEEF AND BROCCOLI OR PEA PODS 
1 lb. beef, cut in strips
2 tbsp. oil
1/4 lb. pea pods or 2 c. broccoli flowers
4 oz. mushrooms, sliced
3 green onions, cut sm.

GRAVY:

1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. chicken stock
1/4 tsp. molasses
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
Few shakes garlic powder

Stir-fry beef in oil, until brown. Remove. Add vegetable, stir-fry 3 minutes; return meat and gravy paste and stir until thickened. Serve with rice or chow mein noodles.
