BROCCOLI AND PEA CASSEROLE | |
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 (16 oz.) can green peas 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese 1 med. onion, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. crushed round crackers (Ritz or Town House) Cook broccoli according to package directions, drain. Arrange half of cooked broccoli in greased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover with drained peas. Mix soup, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, cheese, onion and eggs to make sauce. Pour half of sauce over broccoli and peas. Sauce on top. Sprinkle with crushed crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
