3 c. sugar
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. white corn syrup
2 egg whites
3 oz. strawberry Jello

Cook first 3 ingredients at 250 degrees. Whip egg whites with Jello to stiff peaks. Slowly pour sugar mixture over beaten egg whites and Jello mixture. Beat until candy looses its shine. Add chopped nuts if desired. Pour into a buttered dish to cool.
