BUNNY SALAD 
1 sm. can pear halves
4 lettuce leaves
2 blanched almonds, for each bunny
2 raisins or whole cloves, for each bunny
1 maraschino cherry
1/2 c. shredded coconut or 1 tsp. cottage cheese, or several lg. marshmallows

Tear the lettuce into shreds and place on small plates. Place a pear (round side up) on the lettuce. Now create your bunnies. At the narrow end, use the blanched almonds for the ears, raisins or cloves for the eyes, a bit of cherry for the pink nose. A little pile of coconut, the cottage cheese or a half of marshmallow works great for the tail.
