BUNNY'S FAVORITE CREAMY COCONUT
PIE
 
1 (6 oz.) Keebler Ready-Crust Graham Cracker or Butter Flavored Pie Crust
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 1/3 c. coconut
1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Toasted coconut (garnish)
Maraschino cherries (garnish)

In medium bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar. Gradually add milk. Beat until smooth. Fold in coconut, whipped topping and extract.

Spoon into crust. Freeze 4 hours. Garnish with toasted coconut and maraschino cherries. Let stand at room temperature to soften before serving.
