POPPY SEED BUNNY SUGAR COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. softened butter
1 tsp. almond extract
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. orange juice
2 eggs, beaten
3 c. flour
2 tbsp. poppy seed
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

GLAZE:

1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. poppy seed
2 tbsp. orange juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Beat sugar, butter, almond extract and vanilla together. Add eggs and orange juice and blend well. Prepare dry ingredients and blend with liquid ingredients. If dough is soft, stir in small amount of flour until no longer sticky or refrigerate dough for easier handling.

Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thickness and cut out shapes. On ungreased cookie sheet, bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Prepare glaze and brush on cookies immediately after taking out of the oven. Makes 3 dozen.
