POPPY SEED COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 egg yolks
2 c. flour
3 tbsp. poppy seed

Cream together butter, sugar and salt then add vanilla and egg yolks. Shape into balls (small). Press center with thumb. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool and press again. Fill center with melted chocolate chips. (1 cup chocolate chips, melted.)
