SUGAR-FREE TEA CAKES | |
2 eggs 2/3 c. oil 3/4 c. Sugar Twin (yellow box) 2 c. flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla Beat eggs until thick, add oil and beat well. Add sugar, beat. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Chill at least 1 hour (or overnight). Drop by teaspoon on lightly greased cookie sheet Wet fork, dip in Sugar Twin, press cookies. Bake 8-10 minutes in 400 degree oven. |
