BRAN CARROT APPLESAUCE (Sugar
Free) CAKE
 
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
5 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cloves
1/2 c. Bran Flakes
1 egg white
1/3 c. oil
1 (15 oz.) unsweetened applesauce
3 c. shredded carrots
2 c. white flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. vanilla
10 pkg. Sweet `N Low
1 c. raisins

Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, cloves, nutmeg and Sweet `n Low in bowl. Add bran. Beat egg lightly; add to dry ingredients. Add oil, vanilla, applesauce and carrots. Stir just to moisten thoroughly. Put in greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.
