3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. Mazola oil
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. white raisins (optional)
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 c. flour
3 c. peeled and cored apples (minced finely)

Mix dry ingredients, then add remaining ingredients. Bake in angel cake pan for 55 minutes at 300 degrees.
