APPLE BUNDT CAKE 
4 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 1/2 c. diced apple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts, chopped

TOPPING:

3/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar

Sift together flour, salt and soda. Lightly beat eggs, oil and sugar. Add vanilla. Mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Pour liquid topping over cake and allow to cool 30 minutes.

Topping: Mix all ingredients and pour over hot cake. When cake is cool dust with powdered sugar.
