4 apples or 6 peaches (depending on size - you need 4 rows, 16 slices each
row)
1 1/2 c. flour
Salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 egg plus enough milk to make 1 c.

Mix dry ingredients together. Cream butter and sugar. Add dry ingredients, then milk mixture. Spread dough onto buttered cookie sheet. Place fruit slices on top.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
5-7 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. flour
Cinnamon

Combine ingredients until crumbly. Place on top of fruit. Bake 350 degrees 35- 40 minutes.
