PINEAPPLE COOKIE SHEET CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda

Sift flour and soda together. Mix above ingredients together; do not use mixer or over beat. Put on well-greased and floured cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Ice cake while hot.

ICING:

1/2 stick butter
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1 c. nuts
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all together and spread on hot cake.
