1 box yellow cake mix
4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
8 oz. carton sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oilc. water
4 oz. pkg. German chocolate, grated
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
1 can Creamy Deluxe chocolate frosting

Combine cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil, and water. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix again. Grease a 10 inch tube pan. Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Do not remove from pan until completely cooled. Frost with Creamy Deluxe chocolate frosting. Serves 16. Kids like it refrigerated.
