CHOCOLATE COOKIE CAKE 
1 pkg. chocolate fudge cake
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. butter, softened
3 eggs
1 c. crushed Oreo cookies
1 tub vanilla frosting

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease and flour 2 round pans (9x1 1/2 inches). Beat cake mix (dry), water, butter and eggs in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. Reserve 2 tablespoons of crushed cookies.

Fold remaining crushed cookies into batter. Pour into pans. Bake 30-37 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool cake completely. Crush reserved cookies finely; mix into frosting. Fill layers and frost side and top of cake. Cut Oreos in half and garnish top of cake.
