4 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
3 eggs beaten in a cup filled with milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix like for pie crust. Roll out in four pieces. Place crust in cookie sheet and fill with apples, sugar and cinnamon. Cover with another layer of crust and sprinkle sugar on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
