GERMAN CHOCOLATE CHEESECAKE 
CRUST:

1 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg yolk
1/4 c. soft butter

FILLING:

2 (4 oz.) pkgs. Baker's German Sweet Chocolate
3 eggs + 1 yolk
1 c. sugar
3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. soft butter

CRUST: Blend all ingredients until well mixed. Press into the bottom of a 9" springform pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.

FILLING: Soften butter and melt chocolate; cool. Beat eggs and yolk with sugar at high speed in mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in softened cream cheese until well blended. Add cooled chocolate, vanilla and sour cream; blend thoroughly.

Pour filling over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool in pan and refrigerate.
