1 1/2 c. graham cracker squares
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 (4 oz.) pkg. sweet cooking chocolate, melted
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla

Combine graham crackers, sugar and butter. Press on bottom of 15x10 inch jelly roll pan. (I use two 9-inch round cake pans.)

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared pan(s). Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until center is set. Cool.

Top with Coconut Pecan Topping. Chill. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves a lot!
