1 pkg. (27 oz.) refrigerated chocolate chip cookie cut 1/4 inch thick

Line a 13x9x2 inch pan with half of the above. Bake at 350 degrees for 5 minutes. 3 eggs 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Pour cheese mixture over partially baked dough. Top with remaining dough slices. Continue baking 40 to 45 minutes or until filling is set. Remove from oven and cool completely before cutting. Cut into 2 inch squares approximately 24.
