2 pkgs. chocolate chip cookie roll (found in the dairy case)
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 lb. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
1 tsp. vanilla
2 lg. or 3 med. eggs
1 c. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Beat until smooth. Set aside. Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.

Cut 1 roll of the cookie dough thinly and arrange them on the bottom of the pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over the cookie dough. Sprinkle walnuts over the cream cheese mixture. Cut the second roll of cookie dough thinly and place over the walnuts. bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cookie on top is baked. Cool 1 hour. Cut into squares.

NOTE: Cookie dough is easier to work with when frozen.
