LOW FAT CHICKEN PARMESAN 
Chicken breast (boneless)
Bread crumbs
Pam spray (butter)
Spaghetti sauce (favorite ready-to-use variety)
Parmesan cheese, grated
Egg whites
Mozzarella cheese

Dip chicken in egg whites that have been slightly beaten and then roll in bread crumbs. Place in a casserole dish that has been sprayed with butter flavored Pam spray. Spoon sauce over chicken and top with the Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with Mozzarella and bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with salad.

I'm a single guy who is not a cook by any stretch of the imagination. This recipe works like a charm and is, most importantly for me, foolproof! Why waste money at the local restaurant when a great meal like this can be done at home?
