Sour cream or buttermilk
Chicken breast (boneless)
Tony's Seasoning
Crushed corn flakes or seasoned bread crumbs

Marinate chicken breast in sour cream or buttermilk with seasoning (overnight preferably). Take out of marinate and roll the chicken breast in corn flakes or bread crumbs and bake 30 minutes or until done. Discard the marinate.
