SWISS CHEESE AND POTATO BAKE 
6 lg. baking potatoes
1/4 lb. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp. pepper (or to taste)
1/2 c. heavy cream
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Bake potatoes. Scoop out potato from skins and put in bowl. (Don't mash, leave in chunks.) Add butter, salt and pepper and 1/2 cup cheese. Slightly mix and turn into a casserole dish. Pour cream over potato mixture and let stand for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 375 degrees.
