CHEESE BAKED POTATOES 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 med. baking potatoes, peeled & sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Mix together soup and pepper. Set aside in greased baking dish arrange potatoes in over lapping rows. Sprinkle with cheese. Pour soup mixture over cheese and potatoes. Cover with foil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes uncover. Bake 10 more minutes. Yield 6 servings.
