4 med. to lg. potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped fine
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1/4 c. milk

Bake potatoes until done, then peel and cream with ingredients listed above. Put in casserole dish and bake until golden brown.
