POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. frozen potatoes (for hash brown's)
1 stick butter
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 can creamed chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
2 c. corn flakes, crushed

Melt butter. Pour over hash brown's in baking casserole. Combine remaining ingredients, mix well. Pour over potatoes and season with salt and pepper. Combine crushed flakes with 1/2 stick butter, or butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
