HAM - POTATO - CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
1 c. light cream
4 c. diced cooked potatoes
4 c. cubed cooked ham (5 lb.0

In medium saucepan, heat cheese and cream, stirring constantly until cheese is melted and sauce is creamy. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole dish. Cover; bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees in oven or microwave for five minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
