CRUNCHY TOP HAM AND POTATO
CASSEROLE
 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cubed cooked ham
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. green onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

TOPPING:

2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter

Combine all casserole ingredients and mix well. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch dish. Combine topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
